Industrial Automation: Mesago Brand SPS expands to the USA

With an annual sales volume of more than 50 billion euros, industrial automation is one of the most important economic sectors in Germany. The world's central trade fair platform for the industry is the SPS - Smart Production Solutions, organized by Mesago Messe Frankfurt. In view of its international success, the organizer will now also gain a foothold in the US market with this leading trade event. The SPS brand will be premiering in the region as the "Automation Sector powered by SPS" as part of IMTS 2024, before a stand-alone trade show is held in Atlanta in 2025.

SMTconnect 2023: Focus on intensive exchange of information

SPS 2023: Very High Rebooking Rate Among Exhibitors

The exhibition for smart and digital automation is on course for success again. At the beginning of the year, over 700 exhibitors had already registered for the SPS 2023, which will be held in Nuremberg, Germany from 14 to 16 November 2023. SPS expands to the USA

With an annual sales volume of more than 50 billion euros, industrial automation is one of the most important economic sectors in Germany. The world's central trade fair platform for the industry is the SPS - Smart Production Solutions, organized by Mesago Messe Frankfurt. In view of its international success, the organizer will now also gain a foothold in the US market with this leading trade event. The SPS brand will be premiering in the region as the "Automation Sector powered by SPS" as part of IMTS 2024, before a stand-alone trade show is held in Atlanta in 2025.

From the on-demand production of AM powders through degradable implants and efficient robotic post-processing: The award-winning innovations are shining examples of the high innovative power of 3D printing and the AM market. The international winners, who will all present themselves to the AM world at Formnext 2022, are Photosynthetic (Netherlands), Lattice Medical (France), Rivelin Robotics (UK), SphereCube (Italy) and Alpha Powders (Poland). The AM Ventures Impact Award also went to Lattice Medical.

The Formnext Start-up Challenge as springboard for creative, innovative, and sustainable AM business ideas

Every year, a host of new companies emerge in the additive manufacturing industry. To give these start-ups a voice among the more established players, Formnext is this year organizing the 8th Formnext Start-up Challenge. In addition to new, creative, and viable business ideas, the subject of sustainability also plays an important role. A young company will therefore also be selected from the applicants to receive the AM Impact Ventures Award. Applications are now being invited from companies that are no more than five years old. The deadline for applications is 1 July 2022 and the winners will be announced in September 2022.
