The complexity of electronic systems is constantly increasing. At the same time, artificial intelligence, new mobility concepts, modern energy supply systems, and connected applications are changing the requirements for electromagnetic compatibility. According to Jeannette Meyer, Vice President of EMV at Mesago Messe Frankfurt, this makes it important to intensify direct exchange within the professional community.
“As an Expo featuring workshops, the EMV offers a unique platform. Here, technical innovations and practical solutions to current industry topics are brought together. Trade visitors benefit from the close integration of the exhibition, professional development, and networking. The strong demand for exhibition space and early registrations from leading companies demonstrate that the event is the place to be for the industry.”
Participating companies at the EMV 2027 include AMETEK, DEKRA Testing and Certification, Frankonia EMC Test-Systems, GAUSS INSTRUMENTS, Rohde & Schwarz, TÜV SÜD Product Service, and many more.
Early Registration Pays Off
Early registration for the EMV 2027 offers exhibitors numerous advantages. With the launch of the online exhibitor search in November, companies can increase their visibility within the international professional community much earlier. Additionally, the Expo provides direct access to a highly qualified audience in the fields of development, testing, research, and management.
Participation from abroad remains high: currently, international companies account for over 40% of exhibitors. The complete list of exhibitors will be published on the event website in November 2026. The Microwave Vision Group participates for several reasons, including the event’s international reach and professional exchange.
“Its international reach, coupled with the involvement of renowned technical experts, and its focus on practical EMC issues, makes the EMV an important annual event in the MVG calendar. Each year we generate new contacts, and develop existing ones, with customers, partners, and the wider EMC community across Europe and further afield”, says Paul Duxbury, Sales Director EMC at the Microwave Vision Group.
The EMV also presents great opportunities for first-time exhibitors. Thomas Hu, the UNI-T General Manager (Europe) at Uni-Trend Technology (China) Co., Ltd., can confirm this from his own experience.
“As first-time exhibitors, we found the EMV to be an ideal platform for presenting our products to an international audience of industry professionals. The close integration of the Expo with conference and workshops created additional opportunities for interaction and helped increase our visibility and expand our network in the industry in a targeted manner.”
Interested companies can showcase their products for the first time at EMV’s “Newcomer Pavilion”. This shared booth offers a more accessible and cost-effective entry point.
New Future Topics Shape EMV
The EMV 2027 is expanding the range of topics covered in its workshops to address current industry and research developments. Key areas of focus include:
- EMC in defence and security
- Artificial intelligence in EMC processes and measurements
- Modern energy infrastructures and DC power grids
- Radio and communication technologies
- Wireless power transfer in consumer and industrial applications
These topics reflect the growing interconnectivity, electrification, and digitization of technical systems, as well as the evolving electromagnetic compatibility requirements.
EMV to Release Program in December
The EMV Technical Committee is currently finalizing the details of the program. The complete program will be released in December 2026. Registration for the workshops and the sale of visitor tickets will begin in late January 2027.
