All persons involved in processing a report and investigating the facts are obliged to treat the identity of the whistleblower and any persons reported confidentially.
Messe Frankfurt expressly protects anyone who reports possible or actual breaches of legal regulations in good faith. No one should be disadvantaged in any way as a result of whistleblowing. This also applies to anyone who assists with your report or disclosure.
