Successful Together
Great ideas rarely come from one person alone. That’s why people with diverse skill sets work closely together at Mesago. Authenticity, courage, and the exchange of different perspectives define how we collaborate.
Our goal: to create platforms that connect people, knowledge, and markets worldwide.
Whether it’s event management, marketing, sales, IT, conference management, or digital business models: different departments contribute their strengths and work hand in hand toward shared success.
Tradition Meets the Future
For many years, we have been successfully bringing people, knowledge, and technologies together. At the same time, we are continuously evolving our company—with new formats, digital offerings, and forward-looking projects.
In doing so, we combine experience with curiosity. Time-tested practices give us stability, while new ideas propel us forward. This is how we actively shape change and create space for innovation.
For us, a strong corporate culture thrives where trust, appreciation, and openness come together—where people can contribute their strengths, learn from one another, and develop ideas further.
Our culture further thrives on diverse perspectives, honest dialogue, and the commitment to getting a little better every day.

Why is Mesago part of Messe Frankfurt, and what does that mean for employees?
Mesago is part of the Messe Frankfurt Group and specializes in technology-focused events within the international network. Will I mainly work in the office or at events at Mesago?
That depends on the specific area of responsibility. Much of our work involves the planning, design, and further development of our formats. At the same time, many of our colleagues also support our events directly on-site.
Depending on the role, working at events is either a regular part of daily work or supplements it during specific project phases.

With strong brands such as SPS, PCIM, Formnext, and EMV, we bring together the key players in these industries and create platforms for exchange, knowledge, and innovation. In doing so, our events are increasingly evolving into year-round technology hubs that support their communities far beyond the actual event itself.
Do I need a technical background to apply for a position at Mesago?
Not necessarily. Mesago specializes in the design, organization, marketing, and execution of events. We draw on our technical expertise in collaboration with industry networks, advisory boards, research institutes, associations, and companies. What development opportunities does Mesago offer?
We promote professional and personal development through continuing education opportunities, new areas of responsibility, and cross-functional projects. We view development as an individual journey rather than a predetermined career path.
