An apprenticeship with us lays the foundation for your career. Throughout the course of the 2.5 to 3-year apprenticeship, you will be immersed in a wide range of different areas of the company, depending on your apprenticeship focus. Not only will you gain valuable practical experience, but you will also discover your individual strengths.
The theoretical part of your apprenticeship is completed either in taught units in Baden-Baden or 1.5 days a week in Stuttgart. This will depend on your specific apprenticeship.
As we are a recognized IHK (German Chamber of Industry and Commerce) apprenticeship facility, you can expect an attractive monthly salary, a focus on your personal and professional development, and an excellent chance of being taken on once the apprenticeship is complete.

Working in partnership with the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW), we offer the perfect mix of sound theoretical knowledge and interesting practical experience. Every 3 months, you will alternate between periods of theoretical study in Ravensburg or Mannheim and practical experience at our site.
At the DHBW, you will learn the basics of business administration in small groups and deepen your knowledge through lectures that are perfectly tailored to your chosen course of study.
During the practical phases with us, you will have the opportunity to work on varied projects and take on responsibility in various teams from day one, giving you the chance to put your newly acquired knowledge directly into practice.
In addition to first-class training, you can expect a lot of fun, an attractive monthly salary, and excellent chances of being taken on after graduation.

Our flexible working time model includes time recording and compensation for overtime. We also offer permanent employees and dual students the option to work 50% of the time off site.
