Fairness and equal opportunities
At Mesago, we value the diversity of our more than 170 employees and foster an environment characterized by respect, openness, and equal opportunity — regardless of gender, background, age, religion, or other characteristics. This is also reflected in our corporate values: collaborative, authentic, bold, and forward-thinking.
Reliable, competitive, and fair compensation creates stability and demonstrates our commitment to being an employer that lives up to its values.
Training and development opportunities
Through transparent processes, personalized professional development opportunities, and an open feedback culture, we create fair development chances. Mesago offers training in two different apprenticeship and dual study programs, providing young talent with a practical introduction to the professional and expo world.
With a retention rate of around 80%, we create long-term prospects and bring many young professionals into our team on a permanent basis.
Promoting health and well-being
We support our employees with programs for mental and physical health, flexible work models, and a supportive work culture.
The health of our employees is a top priority for us, which is why we offer a wide range of initiatives: regular Health Day programs, exclusively ergonomic workstations, preventive healthcare services, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that provides confidential counseling at any time and free of charge for personal or professional issues.
In addition, our Health at Work community connects our colleagues around topics such as exercise, nutrition, and mental health.
Social Responsibility in the neighborhood – Children for a Better World
Since 2010, we have supported the children’s aid organization CHILDREN for a Better World e.V. and its related initiatives through a donation partnership, and we sponsor a Frankfurt-based project located in the immediate vicinity of our corporate headquarters.
The facility brings together daycare centers, educational and counseling services, homework assistance, and a family restaurant under one roof.
Support for the Vesperkirche in Stuttgart
Since 2020, we have participated annually in the Vesperkirche initiative in Stuttgart, where employees actively contribute on-site. The project provides people in challenging life situations with, among other things, a hot lunch, medical care, counseling, and snack packages.
For us, this is an integral part of our regional responsibility.
